These terms cover your use of the KITTY website and waitlist at kittypots.com during our pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist or using the app preview, you agree to them. KITTY is a product of Kittypots, a partnership between Noah Price and Maisie Price in the United Kingdom.

What KITTY is (and isn’t) yet

KITTY is a budgeting tool in development. Right now this site is a waitlist and preview — the full product has not launched, and the features described on the homepage represent our planned launch product, not a finished service. The app preview at /app is an early demonstration that stores data only in your own browser.

The waitlist and founding-member offer

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in the queue and, for the first 300 members, the founding-member price of £4.99/month, locked for as long as you maintain an active subscription after launch.
Prices, features, tiers and the launch date are indicative and may change before launch. We will always be clear about the price before you are ever asked to pay.
No payment is taken during the waitlist phase. You are not entering a contract to buy anything by joining.
Founding-member places are limited and offered on a first-come basis; once they are gone, they will not reopen.

Not financial advice

KITTY helps you organise and set aside your own money. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and its tax estimates are simplified guides only — not a substitute for a qualified accountant or HMRC guidance. You remain responsible for your own tax affairs and financial decisions.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and no submitting other people’s email addresses without their permission.

Liability

The site and preview are provided “as is” during this pre-launch phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on pre-launch information or the demonstration app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
